1. Scope of Agreement

By accessing the Tellvok website or engaging our agency for custom web development, UI/UX systems design, or enterprise maintenance, you agree to comply with these terms of service and our service level agreements.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full settlement of project milestone invoices, full ownership of custom code, database schemas, and Figma visual assets is transferred to the client, free of vendor lock-in.

3. Performance Guarantees

Our sub-1.2s Core Web Vitals benchmark applies to static marketing and pre-rendered pages hosted on recommended infrastructure as outlined in individual statement of work (SOW) documents.
